I Might Should Plead the Fifth...

Photobucket

It's FRIDAY!!!  I love Friday.  What better way to spend a lazy Friday than to link up with Mamarazzi and Glamazon for their Friday Confessional?
I CONFESS...

- I didn't realize that this week was spring break, until my kids got home from school last Friday.  TOTALLY snuck up on me.

- As hard as I've tried to pull out "fun mom" this week, I feel that I have failed miserably.

- In my defense "Spring Break" activities of my childhood consisted of digging, hauling, and building things mostly against my will.  My kids should be grateful for their list of chores in comparison, right?

I CONFESS...

- I told Roon I was sorry for signing up for another swap without consulting him first.

- I'm not sorry though.

- Not even a little.

- Especially since I found out who my PARTNER is.

- I've been stalking her most of the day, but don't have a clue what my children are doing.

- I might regret that later, but for right now, I'll go back to laughing at Jessica, thanks!

I CONFESS:

- Facebook entertains me.

- Not for reasons you might think...

- Roon is friends with his ex-girlfriend on there.

- Is it wierd that it doesn't bother me?

- Maybe 'cause I know I can take her...

- When she comments on one of his statuses, I'll sometimes comment (adding a little extra somethin' to it) after her, just to remind her that I exist.

- I also sometimes look up my ex boyfriends on Facebook.

- Just to see if their kids are cute.

- Or if their wife/significant other is skinnier than me.

- Then I feel ashamed of myself.  You know...'cause I'm a lurker.

- I'd feel a whole lot better about myself if I knew I wasn't the only one.

Okay, now I must go wash the dirty laundry I've just put out there.  Make sure that you go link up YOUR dirty little secrets too.  I won't judge---much.

Haha - you are SO not alone about FB lurking other people. I'm so guilty of this.

So in high school I had this guy friend who was ALWAYS comparing me to his previous girlfriend (thus why he wasn't ever my boyfriend). Anyway, they got back together and got married and I LOVE going to Facebook and seeing they my daughter is gorgeous and his is kind of funny-looking. And I don't even feel bad about it...so you have nothing to worry about :)

You are so funny. I don't facebook. But after reading this, I confess I did a little stalking of an old "friend." He isn't on facebook. Conveniently. :)

Your childhood sprig breaks were just like mine!

I have an odd online relationship with two of MacGyver's exes . . .

I love to look up my exes on FB. The ones I no longer like are fat and the ones I'm friends with are crazy successful.

Yup... me too. :) Also, so totally laughed that you didn't tell Roon about the swap. :) I NEVER tell Paul. Poor guy... or not.

Yes, you are so not the only one. I even looked up an ex-boyfriend once but then didn't dare ask him to be my friend but I did lurk and see everything that I could without being his friend.

Popping over from Mamarazzi's confessional, and I too find some of the same entertainment from Facebook, so you're not the only one.

This is our Spring Break week, so I'm doing the happy dance over here! :)

We are just getting ready to start our Spring Break. We've got some fun stuff planned, hope most of it goes off wihtout a hitch. My favorite thing we are going to do is on Thursday. We are going to ride the Amtrak train a couple hours and then go to the Zoo (unless it is raining then we will go to the Children's Museum or something). We did this when I was pregnant with Liya & the girls LOOOVED it! Fun Stuff!!

I Confess, I'm sad that it feels like we hardly ever chat anymore. Sad :(

And here I was thinking, I got pretty lucky with my swap partner! :)

My hubs is friends with this girl who totally had the hots for him when we were dating. Doesn't really bother me, either, since I am still way hotter than she is. I joined Facebook one Monday night and Tuesday morning, I had a friend request from an ex. I almost shut down my page at that point.

haha...of COURSE you're not the only one!

Anyone who says they don't do this is lying. Promise.

Spring break was also an extra chance for more chores in my childhood....I'm with ya!

Of course I stalk people on FB.
In fact, I'm such a loser, if you gave me the name of the ex, I'd stalk her TOO! How freaky is that?!

I know I am late to the party, but I look up my ex on FB and the neighbor and I laugh at all the blantant lies he puts on there. (I am ashamed, but it is funny.)

Oooo I'm a huge FB stalker! {and fortunately my kids are cuter than theirs :)}

I'm glad that you are alive. I was thinking about you.

I'm going to try to air all my dirt next week.
