My Confession(s)

Photobucket

I forgot to link up last week, so I was determined to this week.  Only problem is, I can't think of anything to confess.  So, this could get interesting...

I CONFESS...

Even though I'm trying to cut back on my Dr. Pepper intake, I sent Roon out the last 3 days to get me a BIG one.  It's just been one of those weeks.

I CONFESS...

I JUST shipped off a package with Christmas presents in it ON WEDNESDAY.  They're for 2 of my nieces and nephew, and they sat, wrapped, waiting to be shipped since Christmas day.

I'm going to go ahead and say that it was my effort to keep the magic of Christmas alive.

Even though it was just because I kept forgetting about them.

I CONFESS...

Living in Texas has changed me.

I am such a BABY now when it comes to the cold.

I would probably even wear a Snuggie right now, if I had one.  Yes, it's THAT bad.

I CONFESS...

I FINALLY caught up on reading all the blogs I follow!

And as a result, I am now kind of OCD about keeping my Google Reader empty.

I check it religiously.  3-4 times a day.

And I HAVE to read and clear it out.

Or I can't sleep.

I may need professional help for that...

It's your turn!  Go link up, and clear your conscience.  It'll make you feel better...

I am obsessive about my Google reader too! I agree, living in Texas makes you less willing to stand the cold. I hope you live in a part of Texas that is staying warmer right now!

I had no idea you live in Texas! I lived in Fort Worth for 7 years. I miss it dearly.

I should totally read through google reader. I miss too many blogs by NOT reading it.

I'm glad you got your gifts out before Easter. Good job!

I confess that I still have Christmas presents sitting in my office that need to be wrapped and mailed.

So glad to see you joining in this week. Have a great weekend!

I think you are grand for sending the gifts still. I would be so embarrassed and just put them in the closet for next year. Glad you are better at that stuff then I am!

I am the same way with my google reader. It is like an addictive drug you just have to have your next fix!

I totally go off Dr Pepper the same way!!!! The new rule is I have to WALK to Walgreens if I want one.

BTW today's high will be -1 with a windchill of -20! No DP today!!!!

3-4 times a day?! amature.

How do you empty Google Reader? Mine are marked read but I cannot find the magic button to make them go away. As a result I don't use it, seeing all of those posts just freaks me out!

You could have waited until July, you know Christmas in July is always so much fun!

Yeah, I'm sorta anal about keeping my reader empty too. It's a sickness really.

I just mailed Christmas packages to my in-laws YESTERDAY. I confess.

there is nothing funnier than a 7 year old wearing a Sponge Bob snuggie and playing video games.
we have snuggies but I just can't bring myself to use it. We got them as gifts, I swear.

I finally caught up too & now it drives me crazy if I see one in there & can't get to it right away. Of course with my phone I can actually stay on top of it a lot better, or at least I hope I can! Funny about the presents... one year I kept forgetting & so in like August my friend just said save them for next year. ha ha ha.

There is a reason I stopped using google reader. Now I just have my favorite blogs bookmarked on my iPad, I have my blogs1 list and blogs2. I read blogs1 and if I have time blogs2, and then I read anyone who comments on my blog.. but otherwise, well I just don't have time and am not going to try and keep up.

Ha ha! I love that you just sent out the Christmas gifts. I still haven't sent out my Christmas cards. I keep meaning to, but haven't really had time or a chance. Maybe I am just lazy?

I love a good confession!

I am a "cold wimp" too...but I've never lived anywhere but Arizona so that may be the cause. :)
Also, thank you for giving me hope! Your comments under Sissy sounded SO MUCH like my daughter...except she made it to 9 months before there was more happiness than screaming. Hopefully she'll mellow out too!
And last, THANK YOU for the wonderful gift. I am addicted to hot chocolate and needed a new mug! And the fuzzy socks were the perfect bonus!

I could use a giant soda right now...except its 1230AM!!

My Google Reader overwhelms me right now. It's so full and unread. I took a bloggy break a couple of weeks ago and I regret it now. I had no idea I would be so behind. Ugh.

I say you totally deserved the Big One.

Great confessions.

Don't tell...but I had a DP on Friday. I know...so bad.

Also...you need professional help for WAY bigger things than Google Reader OCD. Just sayin'.

Now I want a Dr. Pepper. Badly. Right now.

Also, I'm obsessive about my reader, too. But I almost never make it all the way through it. Sigh . . .
